When the order is shipped, customers receive an email from sales@bimbivip.com with the tracking number and a link to monitor the progress of the shipment.

If the package is not delivered for reasons attributable to the customer (wrong address, recipient always absent, incorrect telephone number, etc.), or if the customer refuses delivery, shipping costs and any customs charges will be deducted from the refund due to the customer.
