Are the items for sale on BimbiVip original?

All our products are authentic and delivered directly from the best brands.

Are out-of-stock items restocked?

All items available in-store and in our warehouses are immediately available on our website. If a size or item is no longer available, it's likely out of stock. However, the item may be restocked later, so we invite you to click the NOTIFY ME button and you'll be notified by email as soon as the product becomes available again, or contact Customer Service to check its actual availability.

How do I check the size of the product I'm purchasing?

Within each product, during the size selection process, you can consult the brand-specific "Size Guide." For further information, please contact our Customer Service via the contact form, WhatsApp, or Live Chat.

The product I received has a manufacturing defect. What should I do?

Each product is inspected before shipping. If you receive a defective item, please contact our customer service immediately by phone, WhatsApp, or chat, providing your order number, and we will promptly find the best solution for you.

Payments

Payments available on BimbiVip?

The payment methods you can use on BimbiVip are: credit/debit card, PayPal, cash on delivery, bank transfer, or digital wallets such as Google Pay, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, ShopPay.

Problems with PayPal or another provider?

If you encounter any problems with your payment via PayPal or another payment processor, we suggest you contact our Customer Service via the contact form, WhatsApp, or Live Chat. We'll be happy to assist you and will try to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Orders

Have you placed an order on BimbiVip and have any questions? Here are some quick questions and answers, otherwise contact our Customer Service.

How do I check the status of my order?

As soon as your order is ready for dispatch, you'll receive an email with your shipment tracking number. You can also track the status of your current order and all your previous orders at any time in your BimbiVip account, under the "Orders" section.

How to change order?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, you can contact our Customer Service team with all the details you need to make any changes. If your order has already shipped, you won't be able to make any changes.

How do I cancel an order?

You can request cancellation of your order if it has not yet been processed. To request cancellation, please contact our Customer Service team, who will be happy to assist you and find a solution as quickly as possible.

Order paid, no email received. Was the order successful?

Check your SPAM folder to see if you haven't received an email. Check your BimbiVip account under the Orders section to check the status of your order. Contact our Customer Service team with your order number for a prompt response.

Shipping

Shipping times?

In-stock items are generally shipped within 24-48 business hours of ordering. During sales, promotions, and Christmas, shipping may take longer.

Shipping costs?

Shipping methods and costs vary depending on the country of delivery. Shipping to Italy is free for orders over €50. For orders under this amount, shipping costs will be €5.00.

Incorrect shipping address entered?

No problem! Contact our Customer Service with your order number and we'll exchange it as quickly as possible. If the order has already been shipped, exchanges are not possible.

Redirect delivery to another address?

Yes, this is possible only if the new address is in the same province. Contact our Customer Service with your order number.

I'm not at home when the delivery takes place. What happens?

Our couriers always make a second delivery attempt. If this fails, we recommend contacting our Customer Service team, who will schedule a second delivery with the courier as soon as possible.

Damaged package?

If you notice that the package is damaged upon delivery, ask the courier to accept it with a DAMAGED PACKAGE RESERVATION and then contact our Customer Service, providing your order number, photo, and further details. If the courier does not provide the option to ACCEPT WITH RESERVATIONS, do not accept the package and report the incident to our Customer Service.

Returns & Refunds

Can I make a return?

Yes. Unworn items purchased can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. Contact our Customer Service for full details.

Can I check the status of my return?

Yes, you can check the status of your return using the tracking number provided in the return instructions. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your return is processed by our warehouse.

How long does it take for a refund to be issued?

The refund is usually made within 14 working days of receiving the package at our warehouses and following verification of the condition of the product.

Return costs?

The return shipment made by courier will be paid by the customer and will cost 5 euros.
If you would like to exchange an item/size, the service is free.

Return not collected by the courier?

Please contact our Customer Service who will try to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Replacing an item?

You can exchange an item within 14 days of receiving your order. Once we receive the item in our warehouse, we will issue a voucher for the value of the returned item to use when purchasing a new item. Please contact our Customer Service for more details.
