BimbiVip Srl ships worldwide via GLS couriers.
AVAILABLE ITEMS:
Items are shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday) from the date of order if paid with Paypal or credit card. In case of payment with Bank Transfer the goods will be shipped after the actual receipt of payment on our account.

USA and Canada: 1-3 business days depending on destinations
Europe – European Union – Express Shipping: 3-5 working days for main destinations / 7-9 working days for remote destinations
Europe – Extra European Union – Express Shipping: 1-2 working days for main destinations / 2-3 working days for remote destinations
Latin America: 3-4 business days
Asia and Middle East: 2-3 business days
Australia & Oceania: 2-3 business days for major destinations / 4-5 business days for remote destinations
Africa: 2-4 working days
Russian Federation: 3-4 working days / about 15 working days (EMS Russian Post)
BimbiVip is not responsible for any delays due to customs operations and controls, or to causes of force majeure beyond the control of BimbiVip .

Shipment tracking
When the order is shipped, customers receive an email from sales@bimbivip.com with the tracking number and a link to monitor the progress of the shipment.
In case of delays due to customs offices, customers will be contacted directly by the courier or by BimbiVip Customer Service
SHIPPING > ORDER DELIVERY
Upon arrival of the goods, customers are asked to carefully inspect the package before signing for proof of delivery of the shipment. BimbiVip packages are carefully packed in a transparent plastic wrapper with adhesive tape, placed around the package.
If for any reason the package appears to have been tampered with or if the adhesive tape is not intact, customers are asked to sign for receipt with reservation, or to refuse delivery. In the event that the delivery has been accepted with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence of tampering with the package, customers are asked to immediately report the incident to the courier and contact BimbiVip Srl at sales@bimbivip.com If the package is damaged, or if some of the goods are missing, the packaging must be kept for further checks.
Any complaint regarding damage, shortages, or delivery to an incorrect address must reach BimbiVip Srl within a maximum of 10 days from the delivery date shown on the courier's website, otherwise it cannot be accepted.
All customers who place an order establish a commercial relationship with BimbiVip Srl and therefore undertake to accept delivery of their package. If the package is not delivered for reasons attributable to the customer (wrong address, recipient always absent, incorrect telephone number, etc.), or if the customer refuses delivery, shipping costs and any customs charges will be deducted from the refund due to the customer.
