GENDER EQUALITY POLICY

BIMBIVIP SRL is committed to promoting and ensuring gender equality in every aspect of its business.
activities, adopting policies and practices compliant with the principles of UNI/PdR 125:2022.
We firmly believe that a fair and inclusive work environment is a fundamental value for the
growth of our company and for the well-being of all the people who are part of it.
In line with our mission and the principles of current legislation, we are committed to:
- Remove all forms of gender discrimination , ensuring equal opportunities in the
selection, hiring, career and compensation.
- Promote an inclusive work environment , where respect, diversity and equity are
at the basis of professional relationships.
- Enhance female and male talent , supporting the balance between work and life
private through welfare measures and organizational flexibility.
- Prevent and combat harassment and discrimination by adopting clear procedures for the
reporting and managing any incidents of violence, abuse, or unequal treatment.
- Raise awareness and train staff on the issues of gender equality , inclusion and
fair leadership.
- Constantly monitor the level of gender equality , through measurable indicators and
a continuous improvement plan.
To ensure the implementation of this policy, BIMBIVIP SRL has implemented a management system
for gender equality
in accordance with the requirements of the UNI PdR 125:2022 practice in order to ensure and
ensure representation of the underrepresented sex and reduce the gender gap.
We have also established a Steering Committee responsible for the adoption and continued implementation
and effective gender equality policies and developed a Strategic Plan with specific objectives,
measurable, achievable and assigned implementation responsibilities for the most sensitive areas.
The key areas identified as necessary to implement the gender equality objectives are:
- Corporate culture and strategy : Promote an inclusive culture at all levels.
- Governance: Ensure fair and transparent representation in decision-making roles.
- Selection and hiring : Implement neutral and inclusive recruitment practices.

- Pay equity : Monitor and address any pay disparities between men and women.
- Parenting and care : Facilitating the balance between work life and family responsibilities.
- Work-life balance : Promote a balance between work and personal commitments for all

- Prevention of abuse: Implement measures to prevent and combat all forms of abuse,
harassment or discrimination.
BIMBIVIP SRL adopts a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of discrimination, abuse
physical, verbal, digital or sexual (harassment), which compromises the moral and professional dignity of
people.
To this end:
- Internal reporting channels are active, including anonymous reporting, in compliance with Regulation (EU)
n. 679/2016 (GDPR).
- We are committed to analyzing and removing any organizational deficiencies that may generate
conflicts, psychological distress or mobbing.
- We guarantee effective protection to every employee who is a victim of prejudicial or harmful behavior
discriminatory.
BIMBIVIP SRL recognizes that developing an inclusive work environment requires a commitment
constant and organisation-wide contribution in terms of language, policies, processes, practices
organizational, and conscious and unconscious behaviors of individuals.
Therefore, it is the responsibility of the Management to ensure general and specific training on the subject, at all levels, for
to raise individual awareness against gender-related prejudices and stereotypes.
