The processing of your personal data is inspired by the principles of lawfulness, correctness and transparency and is carried out according to the terms and conditions of this Policy, which we therefore invite you to read with particular attention. It contains relevant information on the methods and purposes with which we process personal data and lists your rights in relation to such processing.
We also inform you that this Policy applies exclusively to the activities present on the Site and therefore does not apply to personal data collected through external links.
1. PARTIES INVOLVED: BimbiVip srl, with registered office in 01017 Tuscania (VT), in Via Mantova snc is the Data Controller of personal data (“the Controller”). BimbiVip srl has appointed a Data Protection Officer (Data Protection Officer or “DPO”) who can be contacted at the address: info@bimbivip.com . The processing of personal data may also be carried out by third parties on behalf of the Data Controller; in this case the Data Controller will formally appoint them as Data Processors and define in writing their tasks and the limits of the processing. To obtain the list of Data Processors who process data on behalf of the Data Controller, you can contact the DPO (info @bimbivip.com ).2. TYPE OF DATA COLLECTED and LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING: The Site collects various categories of personal data:
- The CDs navigation data (Internet Protocol (IP) address; type of browser and parameters of the device used to connect to the site; name of the Internet service provider (ISP); date and time of visit; web page of origin of the visitor (referral) and exit. This data is used anonymously and collected in aggregate form solely for statistical purposes, to allow the correct functioning of the site and for security reasons. The processing of this type of data is therefore permitted on the basis of a legitimate interest of the Owner and does not require your consent.
- On the Site you can subscribe to our newsletter, contact the Community by filling out the contact form and make online donations. To take advantage of these features, we will ask you to provide us with your contact details (name, surname and email address). These data are processed for the specific purpose for which they were collected (sending the newsletter, contacting the Owner) with manual and/or computerized and telematic tools in order to guarantee their security, integrity and confidentiality in compliance with current provisions. DATA RECIPIENTS: The personal data collected on the Site are intended for the administrative, commercial, communications and system administrators of the Data Controller, the DPO and in general to all those responsible, appointed and in charge of data processing appointed by the Data Controller in the exercise of their functions. The data may also be communicated to third parties who provide the Data Controller with external services for the management of the Site, market research, suppliers of technical services, postal couriers, hosting providers, IT companies, communications agencies and who carry out profiling activities. Your data may be transferred abroad, in compliance with the provisions of current legislation, including to countries outside the European Union where the Community pursues its statutory purposes. The personal data collected will be stored in a form that allows the identification of the interested parties for a period of time not exceeding the achievement of the purposes for which the personal data are processed. The contact details for subscription to the newsletter will be stored until your communication of cancellation from the service. - right to ask the Data Controller for access to your personal data and their rectification or erasure or the limitation of processing or to oppose their processing;

- the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (Data Protection Authority).
You also have the right to obtain from the Data Controller confirmation as to whether or not data processing is in progress and to obtain the following information: the purposes, the categories of data processed, the recipients or categories of recipients and all information on their origin.
