Bimbi VIP uses artificial intelligence tools to support certain activities related to the preparation, processing and verification of the content published on its e-commerce site.
These tools are used to support the work of our staff and do not replace human oversight. Before publication, images and texts produced with the support of artificial intelligence are reviewed and approved by designated personnel.
Product images
The images on BimbiVIP.com may come from:

- processing carried out, in some cases, using artificial intelligence tools.
Artificial intelligence may be used to:

- turn a photograph of a garment into a ghost mannequin view;

This processing always starts from real photographs of the garment or from images provided by suppliers and brands.
Before publication, our staff compare the processed image with the original photographs and check, in particular:

- shape and proportions;
- fabric and texture;
- prints, embroidery and appliqués;
- logos and lettering;
- seams, buttons, zips, pockets and details;
- the composition of any outfits or sets;
- the presence of the accessories actually included.
Images that differ substantially from the actual product are not approved.
Images of garments being worn
Some images on BimbiVIP.com may show products worn by virtual models created using artificial intelligence tools.
Generation always starts from a real photograph of the garment or from a previously verified still life representation of it. The subject, the pose, the background and other elements of the scene may instead be generated digitally.
The virtual subjects used in these images do not necessarily represent real children or teenagers.
The purpose of these images is to:
- show the product in a worn context;
- help convey its style;
- present possible combinations;
- give an indicative representation of the garment's proportions.
These images are not a guarantee of fit on every child or teenager. The result may vary depending on build, height, age, the size chosen and individual characteristics.
Before publication, every image is checked to verify that the garment shown remains consistent with the actual product.
Where required by applicable law, images generated or significantly processed with artificial intelligence are accompanied by a visible indication of their nature.
Product descriptions and information
Artificial intelligence may be used to assist in preparing:
- product titles and descriptions;
- features and details;
- style information;
- fit guidance;
- size and fit information;
- styling suggestions;
- meta titles and meta descriptions;
- image alt text;
- translations and language adaptations.
Objective product data is taken from labels, technical sheets, photographs and the information made available by suppliers and brands.

- technical characteristics;
- washing instructions, where available;

Artificial intelligence is not used to invent technical data, compositions, certifications, safety features or any other information not present in the available sources.
Before publication, content undergoes substantive human review. Staff may correct, supplement, amend or reject the generated text.

Human oversight
The staff responsible for catalogue management verify that content is consistent with the information available about the product.
These checks cover, in particular:

- fidelity of the images;
- correspondence between the original garment and the generated representation;
- appropriateness of the descriptions;
- accuracy of composition, materials and details;
- absence of undocumented features;
- clarity of size and fit information.
Illustrative images and fit
Images featuring virtual models are illustrative and serve to present the product in a worn context.
The proportions of the virtual subject do not necessarily represent those of the child or teenager who will wear the garment. When choosing a size, please refer to the information on the product page and, where available, to the guidance provided by the brand.
Colour rendering may also vary depending on the screen, device settings, brightness and viewing conditions.
Reports and requests for clarification
If a customer notices a possible inaccuracy in an image, a description or the characteristics of a product, they can contact Bimbi VIP customer service by writing to info@bimbivip.com or through the channels listed in the FAQ section of the site.
Reports are reviewed and, where necessary, the content is corrected, updated or removed.
