Shipment tracking

When the order is shipped, customers receive an email from sales@bimbivip.com with the tracking number and a link to monitor the progress of the shipment.

In case of delays due to customs offices, customers will be contacted directly by the courier or by BimbiVip Customer Service

SHIPPING > ORDER DELIVERY

Upon arrival of the goods, customers are asked to carefully inspect the package before signing for proof of delivery of the shipment. BimbiVip packages are carefully packed in a transparent plastic wrapper with adhesive tape, placed around the package.

If for any reason the package appears to have been tampered with or if the adhesive tape is not intact, customers are asked to sign for receipt with reservation, or to refuse delivery. Any complaint regarding damage, shortages, or delivery to an incorrect address must reach BimbiVip Srl within a maximum of 10 days from the delivery date shown on the courier's website, otherwise it cannot be accepted.

All customers who place an order establish a commercial relationship with BimbiVip Srl and therefore undertake to accept delivery of their package. If the package is not delivered for reasons attributable to the customer (wrong address, recipient always absent, incorrect telephone number, etc.), or if the customer refuses delivery, shipping costs and any customs charges will be deducted from the refund due to the customer.
