Coordinated tracksuit with Full Zip Hood sweatshirt with QrCode reflex Logo on the front and in relief on the back and on the Hood. Pockets on the bottom. Jogging trousers with elastic waistband adjustable by drawstring, reflex Zip pockets and bottom with elastic. Silicone Logo patch and QrCode on the back pocket. The tracksuit is made of Tech Fleece fabric with a blend of polyester and other technological materials that provide thermal insulation without adding excessive weight. It keeps the body warm while allowing good breathability to avoid overheating. BANK TRANSFER

By choosing to pay by bank transfer, at the end of the order the customer automatically receives a confirmation email containing the bank details of BimbiVip srl, after which the goods are set aside pending the arrival of the transfer on the account.

We will ship your order when the transfer reaches our bank account.

By choosing the Paypal payment method the customer can pay directly through his Paypal account.

Shipment tracking

When the order is shipped, customers receive an email from sales@bimbivip.com with the tracking number and a link to monitor the progress of the shipment.

In case of delays due to customs offices, customers will be contacted directly by the courier or by BimbiVip Customer Service

SHIPPING > ORDER DELIVERY

Upon arrival of the goods, customers are asked to carefully inspect the package before signing for proof of delivery of the shipment. BimbiVip packages are carefully packed in a transparent plastic wrapper with adhesive tape, placed around the package.

If for any reason the package appears to have been tampered with or if the adhesive tape is not intact, customers are asked to sign for receipt with reservation, or to refuse delivery. In the event that the delivery has been accepted with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence of tampering with the package, customers are asked to immediately report the incident to the courier and contact BimbiVip Srl at sales@bimbivip.com If the package is damaged, or if some of the goods are missing, the packaging must be kept for further checks.

Any complaint regarding damage, shortages, or delivery to an incorrect address must reach BimbiVip Srl within a maximum of 10 days from the delivery date shown on the courier's website, otherwise it cannot be accepted.

All customers who place an order establish a commercial relationship with BimbiVip Srl and therefore undertake to accept delivery of their package. If the package is not delivered for reasons attributable to the customer (wrong address, recipient always absent, incorrect telephone number, etc.), or if the customer refuses delivery, shipping costs and any customs charges will be deducted from the refund due to the customer.
